IL-1Ra blocks IL-1-induced p24 antigen production

Ul cells were cultured with different concentrations of IL-1Ra and then stimulated with 50 ng/ml IL-1α () or IL-1β (). p24 antigen is depicted as the mean ± SD of four samples. §p ≤ 0.001 when comparing U1 cells pretreated with IL-1Ra with cells not treated with IL-1Ra. p < 0.001 using analysis of variance.
