Anti-IL-1RI monoclonal antibody inhibits IL-1-induced p24 antigen production

Ul cells were incubated with different concentrations of anti-IL-1RI antibody. After 90 min, either RPMI or IL-1β (50 ng/ml) was added to the cultures. p24 antigen is depicted as the mean ± SD of four samples. *p = 0.05 when comparing U1 cells pretreated with anti-IL-1RI antibody with cells not treated with antibody, p = 0.01 using analysis of variance.
