(A) Sf9 cells were infected with baculoviruses for expression of either HA L5, HA L5 + MDM2, or MDM2 for 44 hr and labeled with [35S]methionine for 4 hr. Each lysate was immunoprecipitated with a negative control mAb (419), the mAb which recognizes the HA epitope (12CA5), or 2 mAbs which recognize MDM2 (2A10, 4B11) as indicated. Immunoprecipitates were separated on an 8% SDS Polyacrylamide gel which was dried and exposed to autoradiography.
