Eighteen hours after stimulation, TNF levels in culture supernatants were assayed by ELISA. Values are scaled relative to LPS-stimulated cultures taken as 100%. Monocytes from two different donors were used, and the results of a representative experiment are presented. Results are shown as mean ± SD of three separate wells.
