EGF-induced chemotaxis. Chemotactic responses to EGF were assessed in a 48-well microchemotaxis chamber as described in Materials and Methods. Cell migration was determined for the Rho family dominant inhibitory cell lines, with comparison made to the empty vector control line. The results are mean ± SEM from 8 and 5 separate experiments, (A and B) respectively.
