Cells were collected following 72 h treatment with 10 µM NS-398 as described in Materials and Methods. Total cellular lysate was used to determine PSA, Chromogranin A and neuron-specific enolase by ELISA. ELISA data are expressed as mean ng/ml total cellular lysate/105 cells ± SE of means. Data represents three separate experiments performed in triplicate.
