Fig. 3A-E

Comparison of the sensitization of MDA-MB-435/MDA-MB-435FF cells to paclitaxel (Taxol) and docetaxel (Taxotere) by F-Lip2-AS-HER-2 ODN or UPOFECTIN®-AS-HER-2 ODN. XTT assays were performed to assess the degree of sensitization to either Taxol or Taxotere after transfection with F-Lip2-AS-HER-2 ODN or LIPOFECTIN®-AS-HER-2 ODN. Each point is the mean of triplicate samples ± Standard Deviation. AS=Antisense-HER-2 ODN; SC=Scrambled HER-2 ODN; FOLD Sensitization=IC50 SC/IC50 AS. (A) Taxol sensitization with LIPOFECTIN® at an AS-HER-2 ODN concentration of 0.3 µM. (B) Taxol Sensitization with F-Lip-2 at an AS-HER-2 ODN concentration of 0.3 µM. (C) Taxotere sensitization with LIPOFECTIN® at an AS-HER-2 ODN concentration of 0.1 µM. (D) Taxotere sensitization by F-Lip-2 at an AS-HER-2 ODN concentration of 0.1 µM. (E) Taxotere sensitization by F-Lip-2 at an AS-HER-2 ODN concentration of 0.3 µM.
