  1. aNumbers show the concentration in µg/ml of antibody required to cause 50% neutralization of RSV infection of Hep-2 cells in vitro. cRF-2 was used at a stock concentration of 6 mg/ml in the absence of complement. ARF is adult human serum with an RSV neutralization titer in the top 20% of all adult anti-RSV sera. Ig concentration of this serum corresponds to 20 mg Ig/ml.
