ANA antinuclear antibody, DAS28 28-Joint disease activity score, ESR erythrocyte sedimentation rate, MS morning stiffness, RF rheumatoid factor, SJC swollen joint count, TJC tender joint count, VAS visual analogue scale for general health. Categorical data was considered zero (for absent) or 1 (for present) in the correlation
